We’re happy to hear you love using your Villantto Smart Wallet! Our wallets are pretty resilient (we’ve run them over with cars and they’ve kept going). Please note: Never force more cards in the cardholder than recommended (maximum of 4 embossed cards or 6 non-embossed cards). Doing so can permanently damage the card access mechanism. It’s rare, but not impossible for your cards to get stuck in the cardholder. This can happen if there’s dirt or residue blocking the mechanism. To fix this, follow these steps: Shake the cardholder upside-down to eject the cards. Blow high-pressure air into the cardholder and shake it upside-down to make sure all residue is removed. To fix this issue, follow these steps: Insert your cards halfway into the cardholder. Gently move the cards left and right. This puts pressure on the friction system, creating more room for the cards to slide up and down.
